Certification of HACCP (or Food Safety) Verification is an external third party audit focused on ensuring procedures are followed diligently, and followed according to the Codex Guidelines for the Application of the seven principles of HACCP and the Support Programs.
HACCP Verification aims toward encouraging continuous improvement through preventative measures and pro-active approaches to safe food supply.
Tixana’s external third party HACCP Verification Auditor is Food Operations. Food Operations is the exclusive auditor or suppliers to Burger King, are the preferred auditing company for the Woolworths Vendor Quality Management Standard (WVQMS), and are also approved auditors for the Victorian Meat Authority & McDonalds.
